Simply return your purchase to either a store near you, view stores, or send to Ballentynes Fashion Central 7 Mohuia Crescent Porirua, New Zealand. Unfortunately, your postage on refunds and exchanges are not refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase we will not charge postage when we re-send the exchanged garments to you.
