Ballentynes Fashion Central is happy to refund or exchange any of your Webshop purchases if you are not satisfied with the product. You may return your item(s) to us in original condition within 30 days from when you received your goods. In-store purchases may be returned within 21 days.
Every care has been taken with the quality of our garments to ensure your satisfaction, however from time to time a garment is faulty. When this happens you can either exchange for a perfect garment or we will refund the garment fee for you.

Unfortunately, your postage on refunds and exchanges is not refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase the good news is we don't charge postage when we re-send the exchanged garments back to you.
