1. Can I change my order?
Once your order has been submitted and you have paid for it we are unable to amend the transaction online. However we may be able to amend your order if you ring us as soon as possible on 04 238 9080. If we have not dispatched your items we will do our best to amend your order.

2. Do you post overseas? (what will it cost?)
We do ship frequently to Australia, for rates click see Delivery and Returns page here. We also ship to other overseas countries, please email info@ballentynes.co.nz to find out the postage costs.

3. How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

5. Are you getting more stock in of a particular item?
If you would like to find out whether a particular hot selling item is coming back in stock, please contact info@ballentynes.co.nz

6. What are your swimwear conditions of return?

Due to hygiene issues we do not exchange or refund any swimwear items. We encourage all customers to measure themselves against our size charts or try on in store to ensure the correct size before purchase.
