Once an order has been received and processed, your delivery will arrive within 3-5 working days to New Zealand metro areas and up to 7 days to New Zealand rural postal areas.  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you have an outstanding order, refund, exchange or other query, our team will be reaching out over the next few days to give you some answers and options.

Ballentynes Fashion Central is happy to refund or exchange any of your Webshop purchases if you are not satisfied with the product. You may return your item(s) to us in original condition within 30 days from when you received your goods. In-store purchases may be returned within 21 days.

Every care has been taken with the quality of our garments to ensure your satisfaction, however from time to time a garment is faulty. When this happens you can either exchange for a perfect garment or we will refund the garment fee for you.
